Tony

I have been so busy lately to come up with a blog post…until I saw this piece of prayer that I stuck on the wall beside my pc. I intentionally placed it there to serve as reminder. I wish to share it with you.
A Psalm for Busy People
The Lord is my Pacesetter, I shall not rush
He makes me stop and rest for quiet intervals,
He provides me with images of stillness
which restore my serenity
He leads me in ways of efficiency, through calmness of mind.
And His guidance is peace.
Even though I have a great many things to accomplish each day
I will not fret.
For His presence is here; His timeliness, His all-importance
will keep me in balance.
He prepares refreshment and renewal for me
in the midst of my activity.
By anointing my mind with His oils of tranquility
My cup of joyous energy overflows.
Surely harmony and effectiveness
shall be the fruits of my hours.
For I shall walk in the pace of my Lord forever.
Amen.
I have already learned the lesson that everything I have and everything in me is from a Great Source. For me, He is God. He is my source of strength, my life… I am nothing but a channel through which His Generosity and blessings flow. And I know that as I move on He will direct my path…

The reasons to quit weak, the reasons to move forward are powerful. I love this post, it is food to not only the heart but the mind. So here is one of my fav’s back to you guys!
The sovereign Lord has given me an
instructed tongue, to know the word
that sustains the weary. He awakens
me morning by morning, wakens my ear
to listen like one being taught.
Isaiah 50:4
