    Last December, Bank of America said they lost our payment, however it had been cashed and cleared our bank. It took almost 5 months to get this mess straightened out & then in a letter from BOA they said it was because there did not appear to be any funds in our checking account. Dealing with them was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Our house payments are not delinquent, and I have started using my bank’s bill pay feature.

    Perfect! BOA ran us through the wringer too….. The company does do a thorough job of pissing you off while also offering NO assistance! Have a few friends who will equally appreciate this humor!

    LOL… Last time I had to deal with BOA, they claim all of their files were managed electronically. How true that is I don’t know. Also their reps were very cooperative with an American accent.
    It seems they’re were making a sincere effort to change the perception of being the worst LM department on the planet.

    Love to circulate this to sellers so they can see what we are up against. It is sad but true that logic has nothing to do with the robot language that you get and the wonderful thank you for not helping at the end of the conversations. I love the line that they do not have a supervisor – who would let them work without one?
